As SERA Group, we are proud to be among the companies participating in the BADV (Business Against Domestic Violence) Project, initiated by the Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum, supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Sabancı Foundation, and carried out with TÜSİAD as its strategic partner.
On December 18, at the event held at the TÜSİAD Conference Hall, we delivered our presentation and reaffirmed our commitment to a “Zero Tolerance for Violence” approach. In this meaningful event, we shared our workplace policy on combating domestic violence, the practices we have implemented, and our goals for the upcoming period.
Within the scope of the BADV process, we have:- Developed our workplace policy to combat domestic violence,
- Completed the Training of Trainers Program and initiated internal awareness activities,
- Created a roadmap to ensure that this issue becomes a sustainable part of our corporate culture.
