The Occupational Health and Safety Policy (“ISG”) that we have adopted as Sera Group is based on respect for people and the environment they live in.
The purpose of our OHS policy is to continuously implement this policy at all levels and to fulfill all necessary legal obligations.

Within the scope of our OHS policy:
- To ensure the participation and consultancy of employees and employee representatives in occupational health and safety management,
- Identifying occupational accident and occupational disease risks and reducing future losses by protecting the health, safety and well-being of employees, visitors and subcontractors,
- To train our employees on occupational health and safety, to increase their awareness and to provide resources continuously,
- Taking into account the development of the industrial world, predicting possible future situations and constantly improving,
- To keep the employee quality and satisfaction at the highest level by constantly investing in the employees,
- To take permanent measures by sharing our knowledge with realistic reports to prevent incidents and accidents and to improve performance,
- To be an exemplary company in the institutions, chambers of industry and associations we are affiliated with in terms of both occupational health equipment and OHS practices,
- We undertake as our OHS policy to ensure the continuity of our OHS management system, which has been established and carried out in this direction.
