Within the scope of the project, which Sera Group started in 2022, the construction of a parking lot, heliport, helicopter parking area, transportation of the fuel farm, as well as capacity increase in the VIP and CIP buildings will take place.

A covered parking area of 71464 m² is being built. There will be a heliport on the parking lot and also a parking area for 4 helicopters.
Within the scope of the project, the currently operating fuel farm will be moved further away from the apron areas and terminals for service safety. In total, an aircraft fuel farm of 150 thousand cubic meters will be built and a hydrant system will be installed, so that fuel will not be transported to the aircraft by tankers and the aircraft will be able to receive fuel from underground pipes. The project also aims to increase service capacity by replacing VIP and CIP terminals with state guesthouses.
