Emaar Square is a pride project where the quality of Sera Group is demonstrated at a high level, and the leading companies of Turkey and the world work in harmony with an orchestra. The EMAAR Square project was started in 2013 and was completed in 2017. Emaar Square; It consists of 8 blocks, including 3 12-storey residence buildings, one 16-floor residence building, one 37-floor residence building, and one 32-storey office building. In addition to residences and office areas, indoor parking and shopping center structures are also included in the project.

In the project led by Emaar Turkey, Time Turner assumed the project management, while prestigious teams such as Foster & Partners, İki Design Group, DP Architects, KTGY and SWA took part in the multifunctional design. Erdemli Engineering carried out the static design of the project. Emaar Square stands out by putting sustainability at its center, from the location of the land to the construction materials, from the efficient use of energy resources to many other details.
