Sera Group, in partnership with international real estate developer MERED, is preparing to bring one of Dubai’s most significant projects to life. Planned as MERED’s largest project and the tallest skyscraper in Dubai Internet City, Iconic Residences will redefine the city’s skyline with its modern architecture and luxurious living spaces.

Rising to a height of 290 meters, Iconic Residences will be designed by the world-renowned Italian automotive designer Pininfarina, known for its contributions to Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, and Turkey’s national car, TOGG. The project, realized with Sera Group’s deep engineering expertise and proven excellence, will make a substantial contribution to Dubai’s ever-evolving architectural landscape.

This exclusive development, comprising 310 luxury residences, will redefine high-end living with exceptional amenities, including a luxury spa, restaurants, a kids’ club, an infinity pool, a gym, yoga areas, retail outlets, and more.

With its extensive experience, commitment to quality, and innovation-driven approach, Sera Group aims to create a milestone project in Dubai Internet City. The ambitious project is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2027.
